ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you a motivated, client-focused insurance professional? We’re seeking licensed Florida Account Managers (02-20 or 09-20) with experience in Personal Lines and Small Commercial Lines to join established agencies with offices in Delray Beach, Pine Crest, Venice, and Tampa. These agents will be able to work remotely within these areas or at an office in one of these locations if desired.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and service existing client accounts with care and professionalism.
Drive retention through proactive relationship management.
Sell and cross-sell personal and small commercial lines policies.
Provide expert guidance on coverage needs and risk solutions.
Utilize technology to streamline client servicing (familiarity with EZLynx is a plus!).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Current Florida 02-20 or 09-20 license.
Experience in personal lines AND small commercial lines.
Strong sales and retention skills.
Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
COMPENSATION:
$50,000. Commission. Remote flexibility or office-based options across Florida. Supportive team culture with established, growing agencies.
