In this role, you will oversee and nurture relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will play a key part in driving business growth by coordinating between internal teams and clients, while identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts, ensuring all agreements and obligations are fulfilled. • Collaborate with customer service teams to address order processing, resolve issues, and provide consistent account support. • Work closely with marketing teams to implement channel-specific promotions and strategies. • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts to assist in supply chain and inventory planning. • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and take proactive steps to ensure retention. • Evaluate current processes to identify and execute improvements in communication and account management. • Provide data-driven insights to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and attentive communication. • Support business development efforts by identifying areas for growth within existing accounts. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the consumer goods industry. • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes and inventory planning. • Proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in order management systems and related tools. • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
