Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee and nurture relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will play a key part in driving business growth by coordinating between internal teams and clients, while identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts, ensuring all agreements and obligations are fulfilled. • Collaborate with customer service teams to address order processing, resolve issues, and provide consistent account support. • Work closely with marketing teams to implement channel-specific promotions and strategies. • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts to assist in supply chain and inventory planning. • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and take proactive steps to ensure retention. • Evaluate current processes to identify and execute improvements in communication and account management. • Provide data-driven insights to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and attentive communication. • Support business development efforts by identifying areas for growth within existing accounts. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the consumer goods industry. • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes and inventory planning. • Proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in order management systems and related tools. • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
