Job Description Job Description We are seeking an accomplished Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping grow our rental division promoting the availability and use of our portable and revolving stages, lighting truss and seating components for venues and events in the Las Vegas area. Responsibilities: Prospecting Identify prospective clients and document planned approach to secure sales opportunities Populate and manage prospecting activities, opportunities, quotes and CRM sales pipeline Collaborate with fellow team members to make proposals and respond to quote/bid invitations Follow up prospective customers until closed – deal or no deal Retain and develop additional opportunities with clients Schedule and attend appropriate events and shows Estimating Populate pro-forma job P&L to budget cost associated with fulfilment Ensure we meet bid deadlines and interact with customers define scope and exclusions Maintain pipeline of pending jobs Review drawings and specifications where appropriate Coordinate scope of work approval by customer Job Coordination with Fulfillment Department Manage Customers’ expectations to scope Monitor the progress of jobs Manage change orders for billing of additional scope (with Customer and Fulfillment team) Track and manage budgets, costs and margins for postmortem review of larger engagements Qualifications/Skills: Proven success in sales and customer service, preferably in the sports/entertainment/event industry or related field Ability to prioritize and complete on time Ability to build rapport with clients Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft tools and CRM/sales software Be willing to learn and educate yourself Compensation (depending on experience): $1,000/week or commission whichever is higher for first 90 days. After 90 days, full commission. $100-200k potential.
