Job Description: We are seeking a dependable, quality-focused Facilities Technician to join our team at Christian Village , which offers 150 apartment homes for seniors. The Facilities Technician will perform maintenance tasks assigned by the Community or Facilities Director, aiming to uphold our community standards and improve resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience. Ability to work scheduled hours, walk around the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks as needed.
