About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our stores located in multiple locations. Your major end result will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will be expected to learn and understand all aspects of the business, including animal care, sales, customer service, and inventory management.

As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and train and develop team members. Additionally, your experience in retail or customer service will be utilized in daily operations, including sales and inventory management. If you have experience in the pet care industry or a related field, you will have an advantage in this role.
