Are you someone who loves keeping projects on track, solving problems before they happen, and helping a team bring big ideas to life? Were looking for an Assistant Project Manager whos ready to jump in, learn the ropes, and make an impact on exciting electrical construction projects.

In this role, youll work side-by-side with our Project Managers and field teams helping to plan, organize, and keep things running smoothly from start to finish. Its a great opportunity for someone whos detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their career in project management.

What Youll Be Doing

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and workflow.
• Spot potential issues early and help find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
• Work with the team to build cost estimates, track materials, and manage resources.
• Keep project documents, drawings, and specifications up to date.
• Prepare RFIs, reports, and project billings and keep everyone in the loop with clear communication.
• Help coordinate materials, assist with meetings, and support job site teams as needed.
• Get hands-on with project management tools like CRS, PTS, Apex, ConEst, and Sage.
• Learn from experienced mentors and help train newer team members along the way.

What Were Looking For

• A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in project management or engineering (internships count!).
• Someone whos organized and detail driven.
• A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Comfortable reading blueprints, understanding project specs, and using construction software.
• A problem-solver whos not afraid to take initiative and ask questions.
