Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Auto Detailer with 2+ years of experience in buffing, tinting, or detailing. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for restoring vehicles to pristine condition, both inside and out, using professional-grade tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing on a variety of vehicles Operate buffers and polishers for paint correction and surface restoration Apply window tint, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF) Clean and condition upholstery, carpets, leather, and plastic surfaces Conduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet high-quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive detailing, paint correction, buffing, or tint installation Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Knowledge of detailing tools, products, and techniques Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Dependable, motivated, and customer-service oriented Experience with automotive reconditioning, ceramic coatings, or PPF is a plus Compensation & Benefits $18/hour (based on experience) Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Health insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation after 1 year of employment Ready to take pride in your work and be part of a local business that values your skills?
