In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, facilitating requirements and enabling service management. As an Associate you will be expected to build meaningful client connections while learning how to manage and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Support project tasks and contribute to team objectives
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance service management knowledge
• Work with colleagues to solve client challenges
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism and service quality
• Adapt to evolving client needs and project dynamics

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Application Programming, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering preferred
• Certification(s) Preferred: ServiceNow Administrator, ITIL V3 Foundation, or Project Management
• Demonstrating ability to influence key technical decisions
• Managing service delivery and project management
• Configuring ServiceNow platform or similar tools
• Leading project teams and managing client relationships
• Identifying additional client business opportunities
• Experienced with people management

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
