Key responsibilities include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of senior financial leadership experience within a production homebuilder or closely related residential development company.
  • Strong understanding of homebuilding economics, including land development, vertical construction costs, job cost accounting, and inventory cycles.
  • Proven experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash flow in a capital-intensive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and executive leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Multi-division or multi-market homebuilding operations
  • ERP and job cost accounting systems used in residential construction
  • Experience supporting high-volume production and community sell-out cycles

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic finance leader within a growing production homebuilder, with direct impact on profitability, scalability, and long-term value creation.
