We will provide paid, on‑the‑job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude! Unloading and staging of all parts/materials required for system installation Preparing space and materials for installation Installing basic wall‑mounted home organization systems Installing “Luxe” home organization systems, including custom lighting, trim, and other accessories Completing post‑installation paperwork with an eye for detail and accuracy Training: we teach you our process and help you develop the necessary skills Resources: trucks, tools, and uniform provided Qualifications HS Diploma or GED; Trade or vocational school experience desirable Strong verbal, listening and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in teams Experience with common hand and power tools Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch Understanding of safety protocols and requirements Must have valid Driver’s License and be able to work in clients’ homes Ability to work 4 10‑hour shifts per week Additional Information All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
