Now Hiring: 2 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Classroom Support

We are urgently seeking two experienced CNAs to join our team, working with school-aged children in a classroom setting. This assignment begins immediately and runs through the end of the school year in May (summer break), with major holidays off. This is a recurring, year-to-year opportunity. Experience with Autism is wanted.

Requirements:

• Active CNA license with at least 1 year of CNA experience
• Prior experience working with children in a professional setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Level One or IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR certification

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Provide direct hands on care to school aged students under the supervision of a the teacher- must be okay with lots of ups and downs, moving frequently, and being assigned to certain students. 
• Assist children with classroom activities including feeding, diapering/changing, monitoring vitals, mobility breaks, and companionship during learning activities
• Support with transfers and mobility, ensuring student safety at all times
• Billing and classroom activities planning may be possible duties as well. 

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• $23.79/hr 
• Location: 19th and Northern Ave
