FNB Coweta is a growing, locally owned community bank committed to serving the community with financial products and services. FNB Coweta is located in the Tulsa MSA and primarily serves both Wagoner and Tulsa counties.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Credit Analyst at FNB Coweta located in Coweta, OK. The Commercial Credit Analyst will work closely with Lending Officers and Assistants and will be responsible for providing support to the Commercial Lending Team through the performance of credit analysis and management, underwriting, loan structuring and servicing, and varied administrative duties in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.

Essential Duties:

• Provide credit management and administrative support to the Commercial Lending Team.
• Assist the Commercial Loan Officer(s) with the daily management of a commercial loan portfolio. Duties and responsibilities will include obtaining loan documentation information, loan file creation and maintenance, and assisting Officers with the review of commercial overdrafts, exception report monitoring, exception clearing, and a variety of tasks associated with the origination and servicing of loans.
• Provide support, as requested, to Commercial Loan Officer(s) in managing new loan requests, loan renewals and modifications, annual reviews, loan covenants, etc.
• In conjunction with Commercial Loan Officer(s), assist in the underwriting process by gathering and reviewing documents, analyzing client needs, financial position, and creditworthiness to ensure loans meet credit and financial requirements for lending quality and compliance as determined by the Bank’s Loan Policy.
• Assist the Commercial Loan Officer(s) through support in negotiating terms, pricing, and loan financing costs, structuring repayment methods, assessing collateral requirements, based on credit risk considerations.
• Provide support to Commercial Lending Officer(s) in business development activities.
• May prepare reports, invoices, memos, letters, and other documents. Conduct research and compile data for statistical reports as needed.
• Keep up-to-date on all laws and regulations, complete necessary training to maintain compliance, and follow bank processes and procedures.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

• Experience in commercial credit analysis and credit underwriting
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple loan requests for a team of lenders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
