Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid - Kingsburg, CA

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager seeking a dynamic opportunity with a reputable insurance agency? Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
  • Licensure: Possess an active Property & Casualty license.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in insurance agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360), Microsoft Office Suite, carrier websites, and other relevant industry software.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
  • Book of Business Management: Proven experience in managing a diverse book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Efficiently process insurance certificates, notices of cancellation, and policy change requests/endorsements.
  • Manage requests for information and documentation with precision and timeliness.
  • Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
  • Diligently follow up with markets to secure competitive quotations and facilitate timely policy issuance.
