Job Title: Commercial Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join a reputable general contracting team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate has strong project longevity, a solid background in commercial construction, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, including Tenant Improvement (TI) and Ground-Up builds.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality expectations.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and financial tracking.
• Manage project teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong project stability and longevity in previous roles.
• Background in general contracting is essential.
• Experience in commercial construction is required; healthcare projects are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Must be based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.
