Summary:
The Contract Reviewer will review, revise, negotiate and finalize customer contracts as well as revisions suggested to Maxim Crane standard agreements. The successful candidate must have a meticulous nature suited to reading for the majority of each workday paying close attention to detail; possess good writing skills; and be an effective communicator/negotiator (through both the written and spoken word).
The Contract Reviewer will be exposed to Maxim Crane employees and suppliers/customers throughout the U.S. on a daily basis. The Maxim Crane Legal Department has a team mentality and the Contract Reviewer will have constant interaction with all members of the Department including the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel. This is a full-time, exempt position that works onsite in our office in Canonsburg, PA.
