DISTRICT MANAGER ~ MULTI-UNIT MANAGER ~ AREA MANAGER
Massage Envy is seeking an experienced District Manager for the Metairie / Slidell area!
Position : District Manager
Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000 total comp (base + performance based bonus)
Location: The New Orleans market , including Metairie, Veterans Blvd, and Slidell

District Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee business strategies across 3 clinics to ensure alignment with Massage Envy's brand standards and financial goals.
- Review and analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinic teams
- Build strong clinic leaders by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development plans tailored to individual strengths.
- Maintain high standards for clinic operations, including scheduling, payroll management, service flow, and inventory controls.
- Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all locations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture
District Manager Qualities:
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership (wellness, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong skills in planning, time management, and team development
- High personal integrity, emotional intelligence, and work ethic
- Ability to give and receive feedback and hold teams accountable
- Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Comfortable traveling between locations regularly
District Manager Benefits & Perks
