As an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Outreach Associate , you will represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, pop-up campaigns, and community initiatives. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals breaking into marketing, events, promotions, or nonprofit fundraising , while developing leadership and communication skills.
Represent nonprofit and charity partners at live events, pop-up campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Engage with the public to share campaign goals and fundraising objectives
Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site operations
Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness
Build strong connections with community members and event participants
Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
We’re looking for entry-level candidates who are:
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people
Interested in marketing, events, fundraising, or communications
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
Team-oriented with a positive, reliable attitude
Available for immediate start
Experience in marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required
