*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and wellness of our clients through personalized skincare solutions and treatments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
*Duties*
* Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatment.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including color theory, makeup application, hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, tattooing, and nail care.
* Provide expert advice on skincare regimens and products tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
* Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
* Engage in retail sales by promoting skincare products and upselling services during client consultations.
* Manage social media accounts to showcase services, promote special offers, and engage with clients.
* Deliver excellent guest services by ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
* Conduct product demos to educate clients about the benefits of various treatments.
* Monitor inventory items alerting the Office Manager when it is time to replenish.
* In addition, you will support the Office Manager administrative responsibilities, including:
* Ordering and maintaining aesthetics supplies.
* Answering incoming calls and making follow-up calls to clients.
* Monitoring aesthetics inventory in coordination with the Office Manager.
* Coordinating and scheduling appointments with the Office Manager.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within a med spa or salon environment (this is REQUIRED).
* Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, hair styling, straight razor techniques, and barbering is preferred.
* Experience managing front desk operations is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information about services and products to clients.
