Who You Are: You are an experienced and detail-oriented financial professional with a strong understanding of financial processes and compliance. You excel in managing day-to-day accounting operations and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Your leadership skills and collaborative approach make you an integral part of any team. How You'll Make an Impact: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the CFO on financial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis. Manage critical financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company financial policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. What Makes You a Good Fit: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred). 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
