divh2Foreign Domestic Travel Specialist/h2pThe Foreign Domestic Travel Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex travel requirements in support of senior leadership. This includes itinerary development, airlift coordination, lodging, ground transportation, security arrangements, foreign clearances, and administrative requirements./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries./liliCoordinate airlift (including MILAIR), ground transportation, lodging, and security./liliTrack and manage passports, visas, immunizations, and travel qualifications./liliSubmit and track APACS requests and NATO orders./liliProvide real-time travel support during missions./liliPrepare DTS authorizations, vouchers, and spouse travel orders./liliParticipate in synchronization meetings and brief senior leadership./liliCreate After-Action Reports and quarterly travel summaries./liliEnsure proper security handling of classified and sensitive documents./liliProvide required monthly, quarterly, and transition reports./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulli5+ years of experience planning and coordinating travel for General/Flag Officers./liliKnowledge of DoD travel regulations and foreign clearance processes./liliExperience with MILAIR, lodging, transportation, and embassy coordination./liliStrong communication and briefing skills./liliProficiency with the Defense Travel System (DTS)./liliActive TS/SCI at start of employment./li/ulpWork Schedule Environment:/pulliOn-site at HQ USSOCOM during core hours (0900?1500), Monday?Friday./liliTravel required (CONUS/OCONUS)./liliSurge support may occur during nights/weekends./liliTelework permitted only with approval./li/ulpAdditional Requirements:/pulliCompletion of mandatory CUI, OPSEC, and annual training./liliCompliance with NIPR/SIPR laptop and device handling requirements./liliAdherence to all DoD and USSOCOM security and safeguarding protocols./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer: K2 Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sex, ancestry, citizenship status, mental or physical disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, veteran status, or military status./p/div
