The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

\n

Pay Rate : $21.00 - $21.00 an hour 

\n

\n  The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. \n

\n Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - Friday\n

Basic Qualifications:

\n •  Must be 18 years of age or older
\n •  No experience required and on the job training provided
\n •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

\n •  Customer service experience 
\n •  One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

\n •  Provide leadership and direction to team members 
\n •  Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management 
\n •  Report performance issues to the Supervisor
\n •  Assist with the training of cleaning team
\n •  Coordinate work assignments 
\n •  Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules 
\n •  Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building 
\n •  Manage security of keys and access cards for the property 
\n •  Report work orders for maintenance
\n •  Makes sure premises are secured at all times 
\n •  Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
\n •  Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
\n •  Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building 
\n •  Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
\n •  Complete order forms completely and accurately
\n •  Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
