Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Market and present appropriate insurance products and services
• Establish and maintain client relationships with regular follow-ups
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Educate customers on insurance options through a consultative approach
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success

Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance, inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a team environment
• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license
• Life and Health license preferred or ability to obtain
