Job Description

Our client, Food Production Industry, is seeking a Floater Line Worker to join their team. As a Floater Line Worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Bakery, Icing, and Packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floater Line Worker

Location: LeCenter, MN

Pay Range: $16.75

Shift: M-TH 10 hour Dayshift 

What's the Job?

• Assist with various tasks across bakery, icing, and packaging lines to support production flow
• Operate manual and automated equipment as directed to ensure efficient production
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following GMPs and safety regulations
• Handle product placement, labeling, and rework tasks to ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• HS Diploma/GED
• Ability to perform manual tasks with good eye-hand coordination
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Flexibility to work across different lines and tasks as needed
• Commitment to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
