We're seeking a sharp, driven Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join our team and contribute to our legacy of success.
What You'll Do
-Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
-Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
-Conduct strategic legal research and analysis
-Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with precision
-Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk
-Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency-
-Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff
What We're Looking For
-JD from an accredited law school and license to practice law
-at least 3 years of litigation experience , ideally in insurance Coverage
-Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
-A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team
-Strong analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach
