Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager for a local contract nursing job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

• Employment Type: Local Contract

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for all nursing departments during off-shift hours.
• Coordinate nursing resources to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage hospital-wide.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, physicians, and families during off-shift operations.
• Oversee patient flow, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Promote adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure effective communication between departments and the nursing administration.
• Support staff in resolving patient care and operational issues promptly.
• Participate in safety rounds and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Minimum Experience: 1+ year of experience in a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role \nTravel Experience: Required \n\nLicensure: Active Massachusetts RN license\n\nCertifications Required: AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)\n\nEMR Experience: EPIC required\n\nEducation: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
