Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and implement design changes as necessary.
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential risks before they arise.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, including progress updates and any challenges encountered.
- Manage project costs and resources effectively to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
Qualifications - 15 Years + Experience in the Construction Industry, working for a General Contractor.
- 10 Years + Superintendent for Multi-Family Projects with a Construction Value between $50m to $100m.
- Experience as a Lead Super with Hi-Rise Buildings between 15 Stories to 60 Stories. Experience is from start to finish.
- Experience with Deep Foundations and De-Watering.
- Experience in Managing a minimum staff of 6 to 8 consisting of Supers, Interiors Super, Structural Super, Envelop Super, MEP Super
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and presenting 3-Week Look aheads
