The training facility will be held in Charlotte, NC

We're hiring driven, hands-on individuals to train as a Natural Gas Field Technician. If you're comfortable working outdoors, enjoy traveling, and want a stable career with excellent benefits, this is your opportunity. Our team works hard and is rewarded with great pay, consistent hours, and a 4-day workweek (Monday through Thursday) or 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday). This role includes travel (3 weeks on, 1 week off), great lodging, a fully equipped company vehicle, and weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Perform natural gas meter installations and maintenance in the field
• Travel to assigned sites with flexibility for extended field assignments
• Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation
• Operate the company vehicle and ensure the equipment is in safe working condition
• Lead and support field crews during installations and service visits

Qualifications

Requirements
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test
• Must pass a background check - clean record required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to travel for extended periods
• Ability to work the same schedule/hours as our contracted utility partners
• Must be able to relocate for up to 12 months at a time
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working in outdoor, physically active environments
• Prior field tech, utility, plumbing, or construction experience preferred
• Willing and able to travel 3 weeks per month
