In this energetic role, you will efficiently manage product processing and stockroom operations, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.
Your Role Includes:
Receiving and handling product shipments, including unloading trucks and executing stockroom operations for omni-channel fulfillment.
Restocking the sales floor according to product sell-through rates and seasonal changes.
Connecting with customers by greeting them, assisting with inquiries about products and services.
Maintaining product protection standards and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
Helping to train new hires on Kohl's brand standards and operational procedures as directed by store leadership.
