JL Partners is representing a leading civil and infrastructure contractor in the Southeast, seeking multiple accomplished Project Managers to join their North Carolina operations . This is a standout opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven background in bridge and major infrastructure projects , looking to lead impactful work across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution for bridge and highway construction projects.
• Work closely with superintendents and foremen to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on-site.
• Establish and monitor project objectives, schedules, and budgets within company policy and contract specifications.
• Coordinate with NCDOT officials, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Oversee cost control, progress tracking, and forecasting throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project reports covering progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Support estimators and executives in managing the financial and contractual aspects of each project.
• Represent the company in client meetings, progress reviews, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (required).
• 35 years of project management experience in heavy highway or bridge construction (required).
• Experience with NCDOT projects and familiarity with DOT standards and procedures (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Occasional travel may be required.
