The opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Ingegration Analyst to join our Global Business Services Revenue Integration team. This high-visibility role is critical to our company’s revenue operations and offers opportunities for growth, collaboration, and impact. The position can be remote; however, our ideal candidate is based in Buffalo, New York, working in a hybrid model.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Ensure automated journal entries are accurately posted to the general ledger daily
  • Independently resolve exceptions and edit revenue mapping in partnership with operating units
  • Assist in launching automated Revenue Integration processes across operating units
  • Trace transactions from point-of-sale to general ledger to troubleshoot variances
  • Apply governance policies to support effective automation and standardization
  • Escalate material variances and communicate with appropriate teams to correct dataflow deficiencies
  • Ensure credit card gateway data flows successfully; resolve exceptions and errors promptly
  • Collaborate across departments to support revenue integrity and operational efficiency

More about you
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Systems, Data Science, or Accounting Information Systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and Blackline (or similar reconciliation software)
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and revenue accounting
  • Hospitality revenue experience a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accomodate various time zone coverage
