As a Security Officer - Resident Entry Control in Calabasas, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to a residential location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals and vehicles at the residential location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur.
• Communicate clearly with residents, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or emergencies.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
