Located in Northern California, our established Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage is renowned for delivering outstanding client service and experiencing substantial growth. We are actively looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role offers the flexibility to work remotely, enabling substantial scheduling flexibility, and is supported by a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commercial client renewal process to ensure service is delivered promptly and accurately.
• Source and analyze insurance quotes to craft optimal client proposals.
• Maintain and update client documentation and renewal proposals regularly.
• Collaborate closely with an Account Manager who will aid in managing client portfolios.
• Uphold stringent quality service standards to ensure continued client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on Commercial Lines.
• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Applied TAM, and familiarity with EPIC.
• Proven track record with clients in manufacturing, real estate, technology, construction, and professional services sectors.
• Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional office culture.
