Role: Senior Change Manager (Global ERP)
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 12 months
We're looking for a Senior Change Manager to own the people and adoption side of the programme across North America and wider global teams.
This is a hands-on delivery role, not advisory. You'll be embedded in the programme, working closely with senior leaders across finance, operations and technology to ensure new ERP-enabled processes actually land and stick.
What you'll be doing:
Leading change activities aligned to ERP rollout phases
Assessing impact and readiness across functions and regions
Coaching leaders and managers through significant operational change
Identifying adoption risks early and driving practical mitigation
Partnering with comms and training teams to ensure messaging reflects real business impact
Tracking adoption post-go-live and adjusting approach where needed
What we're looking for:
7+ years' change management experience with strong ERP transformation exposure
Hands-on experience supporting large-scale or global ERP programmes
Comfortable working autonomously in complex, fast-moving environments
Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Able to translate complex system and process change into clear, practical language
Experience with enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or similar) is highly desirable. Change certifications are useful but not essential.
This is a fully remote, USA-based contract offering long-term engagement on a high-profile transformation programme.
