Salary: $114,000 to $142,000 starting annual salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and identified value brought to the organization.

Senior Software Engineer Job Functions:

  • Design, code, test, and debug software applications, primarily using C# programming language, and other various development tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design software solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Assist in deploying software applications across multiple environments and provide ongoing maintenance and support of the deployment process.
  • Establish and implement best practices and design patterns for efficient software development.
  • Implement security best practices to protect software applications from potential vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Keep up to date with the latest software development tools, technologies, and best practices.

Our ideal Senior Software Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 10 years of experience in software engineering or closely related field.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET and/or .NET Framework, including C# programming language and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies, object-oriented programming principles, and understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience utilizing version control systems, familiarity with branching, merging, and resolving conflicts within a collaborative development environment.
  • Proficiency in working with databases, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database management systems.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to independently solve problems or complete tasks with minimal supervision.
