Iris's client, one of the world's largest multinational Investment banking and financial services corporations, is looking to hire a Senior React developer for a Long-Term opportunity.

Work location : Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)

W2 only or self-Incorporated only

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and related libraries.

• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system bottlenecks.

• Contribute to improving development standards, best practices, and internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or other Java-based back-end frameworks.

• Knowledge of full-stack development concepts.

• Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
