What You'll Do:

• Work Monday - Friday

• Content Strategy - Create engaging online content and tailor it for specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Develop a content calendar and jump on trends while aligning with brand voice and business objectives.

• Content Creation and Copywriting - Develop interesting, on-brand posts, captions, video scripts, etc., and collaborate with teams to ensure all elements of the content meet quality standards.

• Social Media Engagement - Strategically post content at optimal times, actively respond to comments and messages, and adjust strategies to increase engagement and visibility.

• Franchise Training - Develop effective guides, toolkits, and training materials for social media strategies, lead training sessions, and advise franchisees seeking guidance.

• Performance Optimization - Use platform analytics and third-party tools to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine business content.

Social Media Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or a related area

• Proven copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content

• Hands-on experience growing business presence across online platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

• Experience collaborating with designers and internal teams to create visually appealing, high-quality content

• Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and strategies for driving engagement and growing audiences

• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms

• Organizational skills, self-motivation to succeed, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Ability to communicate with people online, over the phone, and in person

• Flexible problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience

• Experience working in the beauty industry

• Proven ability to use AI prompts
