\n\nICU Registered Nurse Job Details\n

• Location: Nampa, Idaho (83687) – Treasure Valley region\n
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 10-bed unit\n
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract\n
• Start Date: October 25, 2025\n
• End Date: January 24, 2026\n
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00am – 7:00pm), every other weekend (additional shifts as needed)\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1680–$1800 per week\n
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs (clean and professional)\n
• Charting System: EPIC EMR\n

\n\nICU RN Qualifications and Requirements\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Idaho or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience\n
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required\n
• Proficient in titrating critical care drips (Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, Diltiazem)\n
• Skilled in reading cardiac strips (no monitor techs on unit)\n
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills\n
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (travel nurse requirement)\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients (heart failure, respiratory failure, sepsis, GI bleeds, stroke, post-surgical complications)\n
• Monitor and titrate intravenous drips as required for patient stability\n
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists (telehealth), respiratory therapists, and CNAs for comprehensive patient care\n
• Float to Telemetry or other ICU units in Meridian and Boise as needed\n
• Participate in 1-2 shifts of unit-specific orientation for travel nurses\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic medical records\n
• Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and professional dress code standards\n
