\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement with weekend shifts being Friday/Saturday for nights
\n• Expected to work 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday as part of permanent staff rotation
\n• Patient ratio of 1:4 on 31-bed telemetry unit (11 private and 10 semi-private rooms)
\n• Must be able to read and interpret all cardiac rhythms using Phillips telemetry system
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
\n• Navy blue scrubs required (scrub jackets and undershirts must be navy, white, or black)
\n• Use Cerner electronic medical record system
\n• Floor-specific orientation of 1-2 shifts with preceptor
\n• First priority for floating to other units including 2W MedSurg remote tele, MedSurg SW, ICU for tele holds, or ER holds
\n• Must report within 30 minutes if placed on standby/call
\n• Work with patients including post-pacemaker, hemodialysis, new onset AFib, stepdown from ICU, surgical patients, urology, oncology with cardiac monitoring, strokes, TBI, and high acuity patients
\n• Handle CPAP or BiPAP ventilation support with respiratory therapy assistance
\n• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
