Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Lighting Estimator to join us. Position Overview:
As an Assistant Lighting Estimator, you’ll support our estimating team by using Bluebeam for take-offs, reviewing project drawings, and ensuring accurate data is captured to help build competitive lighting packages. This entry-level position offers great opportunities to learn and grow in the construction and lighting industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam Revu from architectural and electrical drawings
Assist with preparing and organizing bid documents
Review plans/specs for accuracy and scope
Communicate with internal team members to support bid timelines
Stay organized while managing multiple deadlines and project files
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PDF markup tools, etc.)
Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus, but training will be provided
Associate’s degree OR 2 years of office or similar experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
