Duties include the meticulous preparation of Commission Disbursement Authorizations to be transmitted to both Agents and Title Companies, ensuring the accurate payment to Agents at the time of closing and accurately transmitting the 6% Franchise Fee to BHHS. Approximately 20 hours per week.

PREPARE CDA's:

- Review closing details in Skyslope and print the Transaction Summary from Skyslope.

- Cross-reference the information with the Contract and Counterproposal, Amends/Extends, and Objection/Resolution to ensure accuracy of closing date and purchase price.

- Confirm agent's split level in the Google Drive under Agent Splits and Cap Report.

- Check in Google Drive under the Agent's office to see if they have reached their YTD Cap.

- Enter Under Contract Transactions into the Broker Wolf System.

- Print the CDA and send it to the agent and office manager for approval. Once approved, send the CDA to appropriate title closer/title company.

- Batching the 6% Franchise Fee within the Broker Wolf System once per week.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

- Entering documents in Skyslope as needed.

- Entering Batching information in Skyslope as needed.

- Making bank deposits for BHHS.

- Assisting Office Manager when needed.

- Greeting agents and clients.

- Answering phones.

- Checking mail.

MUST BE/HAVE:

- A positive attitude!

- Quickbooks and Excel Spreadsheet knowledge/background.

- Availability during normal working hours (9-5), the 20 hours within this time frame are semi-flexible.

- This is a long term position. Please do not apply if you are not able to commit to this.

- Real Estate office experience is a plus, but some level of accounting experience is most important.
