We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who loves to organize and facilitate process for acquiring talent in the STEM space capable of inventing the next technological breakthrough. Talent at DARPA has invented or played a key role in innovations such as the internet, GPS, stealth technology, autonomous vehicles, and mRNA vaccines. As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and building relationships with this level of talent. This position is located in Arlington, VA. You Have 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment such as a consulting or professional services firm Ability to work independently and find innovative solutions to challenges Ability to build strong relationships with key technical talent Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook Ability to pay strict attention to detail Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills Secret clearance Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
