Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Booking Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking their travel arrangements, ensuring every detail is accurate and aligned with their needs. The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and excited about bringing travel dreams to life.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand their travel plans, preferences, and budgets.
Book flights, hotels, transportation, cruises, and activities with accuracy.
Prepare and deliver detailed travel itineraries and confirmations.
Provide client support before, during, and after travel.
Stay informed on travel industry trends, destinations, and promotions.
Assist with both individual and group travel bookings.
Qualifications
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
